Puddings

Milk Chocolate: Sweet Muscat, Tawny Port, Sweet Olorosso, Madeira
A fortified wine that's enjoyed a bit of oxidation will cut through the richness of milk chocolate and compliment it nicely.

Dark Chocolate: Sweet Muscat, Tawny Port, Malbec, Carmenere
A soft, fruity Red like a Malbec or Carmenere will be bang on the money. However, if you want to mix it up a bit, then maybe try The King's Ginger.

White Chocolate: Muscat, Prosecco
The most difficult of the chocolate trio to match, white chocolate generally dictates that you'll need a light, floral wine. So something like Prosecco would be the perfect candidate. Equally Muscat de Beaumes de Venise would work well.

Crème Brûlée/Creme Caramel: Sauternes, Sémillon
A Sauterne or a Sémillon that's been made with botrytis will hit the nail on the head - sweet for sweet.

Vanilla Ice Cream: PX Sherry or Liqueur Muscat
Once again, sweet and sweet. Both PX Sherry and Liqueur Muscat can (obviously) be drunk with ice-cream, but you could also be sneaky and just pour them over the top of it to create the ultimate boozy sugar bomb.

Custard: Sweet Riesling or Muscat

Treacle Tart/Pecan Pie: Liqueur Muscat, Tokaji Aszú

Lemon Tart/Lemon Meringue Pie: Eiswein or a sweet Riesling

Raspberries/Summer Pudding: German Auslese, Beerenauslese
Raspberries or Summer Pudding would also work with the German Auslese and Beerenauslese, and maybe even a chilled, youthful Beaujolais Villages.
